Nepal: UCPN (M) infighting leads to closure of party’s FM station

[The Himalayan Times newspaper attributed the fighting and station closure to the politics of the news covered by the station–that the conflict “deepened after the station manager refused to broadcast live the public speech of Maoist Chairman Dahal from Nepal Academy last month.” Dahal is leader of the “establishment maoists” in Nepal.  — Frontlines ed.] Print
